The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

Designrar provides digital design services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo design

  • Poster design

  • Social media posts and advertisements

  • Print design materials

  • Brand stationery

  • Merchandise print designs

  • Product mockups

  • Vector tracing and artwork redrawing

  • Enhancement and correction of AI-generated imagery

Because our services involve creative work, final results may vary depending on client instructions, brand guidelines, and creative interpretation.

All designs are created based on the information provided by the client. designrar is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the client.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a service.

designrar reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are considered active once payment has been successfully processed.

After an order becomes active, cancellation may not always be possible depending on the stage of work.

We may contact you via email if clarification or additional information is required to complete your order.

SECTION 4 – PREVIEW FILES AND FINAL DELIVERY

During the design process, customers will receive low-resolution preview files that include watermarks.

These previews are provided solely for review and feedback purposes.

Once the order is completed and approved, customers will receive final high-resolution files, which may include:

  • High-quality image files

  • Print-ready files

  • Vector source files (such as AI, SVG, EPS or other formats depending on the service)

Source files and high-resolution files are only delivered after the project is marked as completed.

SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All preliminary designs, drafts, and preview files remain the intellectual property of designrar until full payment has been received.

Upon completion and final delivery, the client receives full rights to the final design files delivered, unless otherwise stated.

designrar reserves the right to display completed designs in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content unless a written non-disclosure agreement has been agreed upon in advance.

SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed before work begins on any order.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Failure of payment processing may result in order cancellation.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times provided on the website are estimated timeframes.

Actual completion time may vary depending on:

  • project complexity

  • client response time

  • revision requests

  • workload

designrar is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions from the client.

SECTION 8 – REVISIONS

Many services include limited revisions as specified in the service description.

Revisions must remain within the original project scope.

Requests for major redesigns or changes beyond the original scope may require an additional fee.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

designrar is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any purchases made through this website are made directly with designrar.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and designrar.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shopify may also process certain data necessary to operate the platform.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or reviews to us, you grant designrar a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback for improving and promoting the Services.
