At Designrar, we provide digital design services and downloadable design files. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after placing your order to request a refund if the design work has not been completed or the final files have not been delivered.

Order Process & File Delivery

When your order is active and the design work is in progress:

  • You will receive low-resolution preview files with watermarks for review and approval.

  • These preview files are provided only for feedback and cannot be used for commercial or final purposes.

Once the order is completed and approved, you will receive:

  • High-resolution design files

  • Print-ready files

  • Vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG, or other applicable formats)

Non-Refundable After Final File Delivery

Because our products are digital and downloadable, refunds are not available after the final files and source files have been delivered.

Once you receive the final high-resolution files, print files, or vector source files, the order will be considered completed and non-refundable.

Design Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important to us. During the active order process:

  • You may request reasonable revisions to the design based on your order package.

  • Revisions must be requested before final delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed digital design projects

  • Delivered high-resolution files

  • Delivered vector source files

  • Custom or personalized design work after approval

  • Sale items or discounted services

  • Gift cards

Damages or Issues

Please review your preview files carefully. If you believe there is an error or problem with your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided that the final digital files have not yet been delivered.

Once the final digital files are delivered, the order becomes non-refundable.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
